Teamlead in Cyber and Digital Risk at Advisense - I'm hiring!

After nine fantastic years with the ISACA Norway Chapter board, it is time for me to step down. I have had the pleasure of holding various positions – from member and PR director, to event director, vice president, president, and for the past two years as immediate past president and international relations. Having the opportunity to actively participate in the organization has provided me with invaluable knowledge and insight into board work, and the security and audit field as a whole. However, the most important takeaway is the network of amazing people, both in Norway and internationally. What makes ISACA so unique is that it is an international organization, offering the chance to connect with professionals worldwide who work in similar fields. I've had the pleasure of participating in many exciting events, including the Global Leadership Summit in Chicago and chapter leader meetings across Europe. Throughout my time on the board, I have been fortunate to meet many inspiring and talented individuals, many of whom have become lifelong friends. There are too many of you to tag all here, but I appreciate you all. Being part of an organization with so many skilled people has been a great inspiration for me, and I look forward to maintaining these connections and collaborations in the future – both in Norway and across Europe. It is with a mix of sadness and pride (yes, it's a cliché – but it's true this time) that I now pass the baton to new forces. I am excited to see what the new board will accomplish, and I wish them the best of luck. I look forward to continuing to participate in member meetings and following the ongoing journey of the ISACA Norway Chapter. Thank you for the journey, and best of luck to everyone at ISACA Norway Chapter!

On behalf of Norway Chapter and our members, thank you so much for these years of amazing volunteer service in a multitude of roles, Eli Sofie! ❤️ You’ve helped the Chapter grow, mature, and not least played an integral part in making us the well-oiled machinery we are today. While we’re looking forward to seeing you as an “ordinary” attendant in future meetings, know that you’ll be more than welcome to actively participate again! 😉

Loved meeting you and our afternoon walk around Geneva followed by listening to you “bark” in Dublin! Such fun we had. All the best for the future and as Joris says “don’t be a stranger!” ♥️

Takk for et strålende samarbeid. Du har tatt ISACA til et mye høyere nivå enn da du gikk inn.
