CEO Geoff Gwilym emphasises that this is not merely an isolated incident but a systemic problem requiring substantial changes in Suncorp's business practices. We appreciate the free publicity from other GPS companies such as CarRx that use LoJack by Solera as the gold standard for comparing your product. By the way, we are glad not to give DTC codes and tap into the OBD. The OEM gives those, nor do we want to be the reason the OEM denies warranty work because of being the issue. You made all these comparisons, but you left the price off. Why is that? Because no one beats LoJack by Solera in price. Everyone tries to copy in value. Only LoJack by Solera give the client an additional $10,000 above the insurance settlement if the vehicle is not recovered.
