SWR reports on the ELA 'EM Center' in Stuttgart ⚽ https://lnkd.in/echyksBK (from min 12:24) During the UEFA EURO 2024, people from many #European countries will come together in the cities of Germany. What a great #event, and a fantastic #atmosphere! Some of the European Championship matches will also take place in Stuttgart. Without a well-organized #waste management system, an event of this magnitude would not be possible. During the entire European Championship, events will take place almost daily on the fan miles - which in turn means that a lot of additional waste will be generated. A huge task that the waste management company in Stuttgart has to overcome. An 85-square-meter 'EM Center' made of ELA containers has been set up for the hard-working employees who keep the city clean. This is where the team from the waste management company can find additional #shower facilities and #changing rooms. We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt #thanks to all the cleaning staff who, during the European Championships and beyond, have ensured that Germany's major cities can show themselves from their best side and, above all, that the #environment does not suffer too much from all the hustle and bustle of the European Championships! Leadership training with Matthias Herzberg - from #leadership styles to #canoe trips ⬇️ Trainer and coach Matthias Herzberg has been running leadership training sessions with some of our colleagues over the past few months. ✅ From leadership styles and conversation skills to dealing with different situations - our team and group leaders have not only learned a lot about leadership in the training sessions, but also about themselves. A nice side effect 💡: Our participating colleagues were also able to get to know each other even better within the #workshop groups, which will make future #collaboration easier. At the end of the training, our #HR development team planned a nice day for all participants. First, we had #lunch together at Diner72, followed by a short #feedback session and some #video messages from Matthias. Afterwards, we went on a canoe trip together on the 'Ems'. 🛶 A #dinner together at the boathouse in Meppen rounded off the evening and the leadership training time perfectly. Thank you Matthias Herzberg for this great time and your #valuable input! 🙏

THE BLUE BEACH 2024 🌊 A week ago, we were at 'The Blue Beach' in Hamburg, a networking event for the movers and shakers of #renewable energies in Germany. Together with colleagues from ELA Container Offshore GmbH and ELA Container, we were there because ELA was not only a guest but also a top #sponsor of the #event. One #highlight was definitely the ELA Container photo booth in the style of a sea #container, which we sponsored for the event. We were able to listen to various presentations and panel talks by speakers from the fields of renewable energies and offshore and have great conversations. In the evening, we rounded off the day with a dinner and live music in a great setting on the St. Pauli sun deck at the Landungsbrücken! #thebluebeach2024

We are #impressed... …to have been at the REAL ESTATE ARENA in Hanover and are still overwhelmed by the many great conversations and positive #impressions we were able to take away from there. Thanks to everyone who visited our stand, it was super interesting to talk to you about our #room solutions for local authorities and cities, such as our #daycare, #school and #accomodation containers as well as our several room solutions in the #tourism. Besides having great conversations at the stand, we were also able to listen to inspiring #speakers. Among others, Dr. med.
