Nothing irks me more than poor customer experience and service... A recent interaction I have been having with an online bathroom furnisher has proven to me yet again that your products can come in the most beautifully wrapped packaging and physically be some of the best stuff on the market but if your service and communications to your customers are poor, and their experience suffers because of that, they are unlikely to order from you again. "But why are you talking about bathrooms and customer service" I hear you say? And no, I've not done a career swerve and started selling loos and showers. My role in Seeblue is essentially customer service. For a very different set of clients, but the fundamentals remain the same. Clear and prompt updates. Open and honest communications. Come to us with your problems and we will do our best to solve them. If this sounds like something you'd be good at/enjoy, we have two roles open in my team right now.
