Again and again we hear from our employees that VOQUZ gives them real freedom to balance their private life with their job. Of course, it's important to coordinate with the boss and the customer and make sure it fits the current project. Especially now that home office and remote work are the order of the day, lots of new opportunities are opening up. Some call it "working nomads." It's even possible to do sales from the comfort of a sailboat in the Mediterranean - provided you haven't sailed too far out to sea and have a stable phone and Internet connection. Taking a vacation in the middle of a project may be tricky, but if the kids are on school vacation and the family wants to go to the mountains or the ocean, why not? You can also work at the beach, travel in different time zones, or spread your work hours over the day. But of course, this requires agreements with all parties involved and good planning. Some people even go one step further and convert an old Sprinter into a camper van with an office so they can be on the road all the time. An example from our team: One of our employees was recently in Gibraltar for a few days and worked from there for a customer in Germany and held a webinar for VOQUZ. For us this was no problem at all, as long as he fulfilled his obligations and working hours. Of course, the quality of the work was paramount. For us, it is essential that our employees enjoy freedom and flexibility. What does that look like for you? How important are these aspects to you in an employer or in a project?
