How much you do in a workout doesn't carry the weight you think it does. You don't always need to do more! What do you need, then? Intensity! ❗ Go faster than comfortable while running rather than "just going" ❗ Pick a heavy weight for the number of reps you're doing rather than just hitting the number ❗ Leave yourself gassed out and on the floor in short sprints on the rower INTENSITY = UNCOMFORTABLE = RESULTS More is not better.
