Imagine a respondent having an engaging conversation about a brand or product (what they liked/disliked, flavour preferences, occasions, etc) without the researcher lifting a finger. Our pilot revealed a 1% drop out rate following the re-routed deep dive with the respondent and rich feedback that gets automatically coded and translated.
