Another great UK Dynamics 365 & Power Platform User Groups in Newcastle last night 👏 Very insightful sessions by Ian Tweedie & Michael Stephenson - thank you 👌 Well organised yet again by Justin W. & Harvey Hamilton - well done lads 🙏 This is a fantastic thing to attend for anyone in, or looking to get into the Dynamics 365 or Power Platform space. I've spoken to hundreds of D365&PP people based in the North East, and I cant urge you enough to attend these groups. You are guaranteed to learn something new, meet great people and in lots of cases step outside your comfort zone by either speaking on a topic (I'm sure Justin & the team would love to discuss this) or networking with like minded people in your industry ✅... ....Or just come along for a few slices of Pizza 🍕 Follow and keep your eyes on the page - try and get yourself along to the next one. If you're apprehensive, give me a shout and we can go to the next one together! 🤝

I spoke to 16 people in the D365 space last week   There is 1 thing that came up a lot.... 🤔     Lack of career progression at their current company ❌   What is the point in working so hard day in day out   To never get the opportunity to progress into new roles or to learn new skills?   Career development has always been important, its about time we seen more companies prioritising it   Some options for companies looking for ideas 👇   ✅Offer learning time to work around projects & utilisation, not just in their own time ✅Pay for certifications ✅Dedicated team members to partner with for support ✅Internal learning programs ✅Highlight talented team members to learn from ✅Product academies to cross train into other areas D365   The things I've mentioned above are just scratching the surface   You have to be thinking of the next step or you will lose talent and be left behind 👈   Happy to discuss how these can be implemented 😊
