Dream(dri)ven on Lieferando? A joke, or not?
Believe it or not, this has been a reality for the past two weeks. Are we looking to diversify and start a restaurant business? No, we're far from that point. Our team needs to focus on our core specialties with our limited capacities, and those are early-stage B2C startups.
So why did we get our DreamDriven Coliving kitchen verified by the food safety authorities, complete health training, and launch a Lieferando restaurant in just a few weeks? We're currently conducting deep research on a platform idea that makes it easy for hobby chefs to sell their favorite dishes from their own kitchens. This is a platform case and one of the most exciting "mystery tasks" in the startup game: solving the infamous cold-start problem.
Here’s the twist: We're testing whether we can bypass the hard side of "buying" with an existing platform for our first minimal atomic network. Additionally, we’re rigorously evaluating the current dominant market solution to understand and solve the problems thoroughly.
