My highlight of the past week was podcasting in Hamburg and doing it in German! It was a rare treat, indeed. I absolutely loved making new friends in #AI and #Robotics and pushing for #TechnologyLiteracy in Germany. The country MUST get more aggressive about AI adoption and automation. It is moving into mass retirement this decade. There isn't any way to balance GDP if we don't increase the adoption of #digitaltechnologies. The lack of people to serve the economy is everywhere. I interviewed global leaders across industries, and everyone emphasized the war for people — not just the war for talent- a fashionable term in the 2000s. Check out my LinkedIn newsletter, Leading Trough Disruption, for more insights. This lack of people disrupts our travel and logistics. Delays are everywhere, daily, and exhausting. Frankfurt airport is full of mice. I am not kidding! I avoid flying and taking trains in Germany as much as I can. German schools struggle to find teachers. The list of complaints might run long, but it is up to us to change the vector. Human contact is the engine that creates new ideas. Interdisciplinarity is key, and I applaud Kenza Ait Si Abbou and Jens Baas for recording an important tech podcast in German for a German audience!
Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach , it was great having you on our podcast, thank you so much for being there, despite „delays everywhere“ (yes, that has reached a level that is truly embarrassing 🫣).
Thank you for coming all the way from Austria to bless us with your great insights 🤩
An inspiring example for sure. Some people talk about thought leadership. Others have a false impression of what it means to capture hearts and minds. You lead by example. Brava!

1wDear Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach great that you voiced all those burning platforms and connected them also to #technologyliteracy. I would have loved to listen into the podcast, was there a recording ?
