So many good things, here. Yes, I'm probably biased bc The Masters is bucket-list material.
But...
1. This = great example of Community Generated Content. Looking to recruit and fill jobs? It's a good idea to celebrate your current employees and let them speak about their experiences. It's Authentic, Trustworthy, and Credible.
2. Augusta is one of the most traditional settings you'll experience. If The Masters recognizes the importance of unlocking the voices of their experts and making everybody on your team a marketer... we should all consider this strategy.
3. If you've ever been to The Masters, you know the customer service is second-to-none. Everybody there wants to make it the best day of your life. Very cool to hear these ladies talk about getting executive direction and engagement at the beginning of their shifts.
