We’re committed to providing a safe and secure experience for all candidates involved in our interview process.   We recognize phishing attempts are on the rise and can cause concern or uncertainty. To provide a transparent view into our recruitment process, below are a few ways to ensure you’re connecting with our team at DiD:    ✔ Verify the LinkedIn Profile: DiD/Lucid’s legitimate Talent Acquisition and People team members have verified LinkedIn profiles with the DiD or Lucid Group logo, detailed professional histories, and endorsements.   ✔Official Company Email Addresses: All communication from our Talent Acquisition and People team will come from our verified LinkedIn accounts or through our official email addresses. Be cautious of any correspondence from free email providers. ✔ Interviews: Our interview process is traditionally, a screen with a member of our people team followed by video or onsite interviews with members of the client team. We will not issue an offer without ensuring that it is a good fit for you and the team through these discussions. ✔ Offer Documents and Requests for Personal Information: Legitimate DiD applications, job offers, and onboarding instructions will come from our team’s official email addresses or via our licensed applicant tracking system, ICIMS. Our team will never ask candidates or new hires to provide any personal information outside of ICIMS or through correspondence with our official email domain.    Any questions?
