Business Owners and Managers Make sure that you are set up with services to record and audit all phone calls and emails...AND DO AUDITS REGULARLY! Just now, and for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, I tried to connect with account managers at various companies to find out if they were fits for me to refer my customers to them. These LAZY F@&KS couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone for a 5 minute call to find out if I could hand them free business!! And way too many marketing directors out there are replying "UNSUBSCRIBE", instead of reading opportunities that are sent specifically to them. Arrogance and a lack of work ethic are way too prevalent across this new generation of employees, so make sure that you know that your sales and marketing people are not costing you customers and potentially valuable opportunities.

For today's outbound lesson, here is a gem. Here are the key lessons we can all take away from this brilliant marketer/SDR or bot, I frankly don't know: 1. Never personalize - Using someones actual name is rude and offensive 3. Never specify the "field" - Its keeps your prospect guessing what industry they actually work in 4. Always ask for their phone number on the first message - People are more likely to divulge their most personal points of contact after 2 lines If only everyone copied this incredible strategy, CVR and closes rates would be near 100%.
