Preparing for a major European trade show in under 2 months! 🙃 It might sound crazy, but it's my reality. We got an opportunity and we took it! Here's the breakdown of what's on my plate for the next few weeks: 🔸 Setting clear goals and expectations 🔸 Collaborating with the design team to create an eye-catching booth & booth activation. 🔸 Crafting messaging that resonates with our audience. 🔸 Aligning with sales to secure pre-show meetings with key clients. 🔸 Coordinating our speaker's talk development and preparation. 🔸 Planning a client dinner to strengthen relationships. 🔸 Promoting the event to key accounts for qualified foot traffic. 🔸 Host weekly feedback loops internally to ensure everyone is aligned and aware of the progress we're making. 🔸 Host booth training session with all employees attending the event to align on value proposition & messaging, as well as how to detect "high-potential leads" at the booth.
