All things change, and they change faster now than ever. During COVID, many delivery and errand solution startups failed to reach production despite millions in investment. Facing the same challenges, Ziip, a bootstrap-funded mobile app, is now App Store ready. With insights from various investors and VCs, we simulated a launch to refine our UI and convey our three I's: intention, implications, and impact. As the founder, I'm proud to say we've nailed it! Our initial driver event was overwhelmingly positive. With less than 72 hours' notice, turnout was double what we expected. The extra onboarding extended our event from 2.5 hours to 5 hours, and we even continued our focus group in the parking lot. We're proud that 100% of our live testers responded to our follow-up UI screen focus group sessions. Our final live testing event invite hit the participant target in less than three days and we are excited as the day is rapidly approaching. As the founder of Ziip, I can confirm what I declared to Google during partnership discovery over two years ago: our route optimization approach will render the architecture of current task driver and errand style apps insignificant. With our proprietary live simulation launch tools, Ziip is striving for the quality we need to get a leg up on the competition. To the team, my partners, and our amazing group of real drivers, you know what the picture represents to Ziip and our roots…and routes!
