Here is what many are curious about and which questions I help them understand: 1️⃣ "I've been managing projects solo. Am I doing it right?" - Many wonder if their approach—whether unique methods or just managing as they felt was right—aligns with industry standards. 2️⃣ "How can I transition into project management officially if my experience is only somewhat related?" - It's common to question how to frame and leverage relevant skills for a formal role in project management. 3️⃣ "Can I secure a project management role in Israel if my experience is in sectors like banking or ad tech?" - People often come with substantial experience in a specific field and are interested in continuing in that area, making it important to understand the details and situation of these industries in Israel. 4️⃣ "Is a certification or MBA essential for success in project management?" 5️⃣ "Do I need to know Hebrew to manage projects in Israel?" - This question is very much important for new immigrants who do not speak the language while looking for their first job in Israel. These and other questions are usually raised by job seekers, and my role is to provide all the detailed answers to help a person understand the situation quickly and keep moving toward securing their dream job and achieving happiness.
