Yesterday, I attended the IFZ Insurance Summit in Rotzreuz. What an event! I enjoyed many of the talks and especially the Baloise CH group with Michael Müller, Philipp Marty and Daniel Zangger. Not only because of the content but also because of the entertainment factor. Thank you for the inspiration, fun and humour you provided. My key insights from the day were the following. 🌟 Becoming truly customer centric can only happen if top management understands its value and benefits, or even better, actively promotes it. 🚀 Innovation can be successful even if it doesn't result in a tangible product. Sometimes, the awareness it generates can justify the investment by propelling the brand into the future. ⏳ The most powerful way to implement change in a slow-moving industry like insurance is to both acknowledge the industry's pace and refuse to remain stagnant. By doing so, you can avoid endless frustration and actively embrace change. #insurtech #insurance #customercentricity Ginetta
