This ensures that we can communicate effectively with our patients, building trust and confidence in every consultation. 💜 Inclusive Resources: Visit the Curology Blog to explore an enriched collection of Blog articles and skincare Guides, thoughtfully crafted to emphasize articles tailored for skin of color and melanin-rich skin.  We're committed to providing accessible, informative, and empowering content to foster a deeper understanding of diverse skincare needs. 💜 Community & Education: As advocates for dermatological excellence and inclusivity, Curology actively supports the Skin of Color Society as proud members. This is an esteemed international organization dedicated to raising awareness and fostering excellence in skin of color dermatology. Moreover, our medical director, Whitney Tolpinrud MD, FAAD, has been actively engaged in continuing medical education in this arena. She participated in the Summer American Academy of Dermatology national conference, focusing on lectures centered around the treatment of dermatological conditions in individuals with skin of color. Members of our medical team are also gearing up to attend the upcoming Skin of Color conference and the American Academy of Dermatology in a few weeks. These endeavors underscore our ongoing commitment to supporting both our medical team and our diverse range of patients. 💜 Inclusive Skincare Solutions: We are delighted to recognize the remarkable efforts of our Product Marketing Development team. Their dedication and creativity have resulted in the creation of an inclusive all-mineral SPF formula meticulously crafted to seamlessly blend into all skin shades. This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to offering skincare solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our community. In the spirit of giving this November, we’re spotlighting the Curology Access Program (CAP)! Through CAP, those in financial need receive access to Curology’s top-quality skincare products and services at absolutely no cost. Originally created in 2018, CAP advances health equity by overcoming financial obstacles to healthcare so that all people can feel confidence that goes deeper than skin. We’re proud to say we’ve now accepted over 6,000 teenagers and young adults into the program! And this year alone, we’ve shipped over 5,500 products to CAP participants. The impact speaks for itself. CAP patient Galilea had this to say about her experience: “This program has made an immense impact on my life by being able to provide acne treatment at no cost. I am low income, therefore visiting a dermatologist wasn’t an option since it can be expensive. Curology has made it possible for me to be confident in my own skin, with no anxiety surrounding cost.” When those experiencing financial need have access to healthcare, that’s one burden lifted. We look forward to continuing to provide effective and accessible healthcare to as many people as possible!
