Can’t wait for them to see the MASSIVE losses that they incur here in Minnesota when they try to compete with companies like mine that blow their products out of the water, ON TOP OF OFFERING better prices. Not even going to be a competition. This is what fully automating every aspect of what you do to bring down overhead labor costs will do. Creates perfection at a fraction of the cost and the consumers will always choose me over them for it. Can’t wait to take $$$$/client’s loyalty out of their pocket like stealing candy from a baby 😎💪🏼 they might as well pack up. This market belongs to those of us who grew up here and suffered the weight of law enforcement’s constant threats to bring consumers quality even when we risked freedom to do so. Clients don’t forget that kind of loyalty and no one here wants their money going to douchebags in $5,000 suits paying their workers under $20 an hour while giving out trash products they lobbied to have a monopoly on. Monopoly is over boys, time to dominate them and send them packing 😈

Corporate #cannabis companies haven't faired well in markets without limited licenses Why is that? Brands, access, culture States without limited licensure have all the #brands consumers want to see, lots of options The GTI's and Curaleaf's of the world can't compete when consumers have options They only seem to do well in markets where consumers don't have other options These also happen to be states without long standing medical markets That means less educated consumers Consumers who don't know any better and don't have other options will buy duff from the goliaths When you look at the companies that are doing well in the more developed markets Many of them have legacy or med market roots Those brands have culture. They speak to the consumers, and the consumers relate How do the corporate #weed giants fare long term? Do they gain national relevance through brand acquisition?

Dope insights from my Marino. colleague Samantha Qualls on "Why New York #CannabisRetail Applicants Should Hire a #PR Firm Now." Communicating Business and Cannabis Expertise: After you secure your license, one of the biggest hurdles to opening your #dispensary will be receiving approval from local community boards and other stakeholders. Your #cannabisPR firm will proactively work to educate your neighbors about why a #cannabisdispensary is good for the community and why you are the best person to open the location. This work could include drafting talking points for you to speak at a community board meeting and making fact-based arguments on the positive benefits of cannabis dispensaries. This work will help shorten the period of time between receiving a license and opening.  Introducing Your Future Business to Your Community: Your first interaction with future customers shouldn’t be when they come into your dispensary to make their first purchase. They should know about and be excited about your official opening. engin sciences’ CEO and founder Sloane B. sat down with Retail Brew senior reporter Andrew Adam Newman to discuss how the budding cannabis retail sector identifies and hires skilled workers.     Respected business and retail newsletter with 180,000 subscribers, Retail Brew highlights that “the legal cannabis industry accounted for 417,493 full-time equivalent jobs in January (2023)... And hiring budtenders—the cannabis equivalent to bartenders—can be considerably more complicated than staffing a McDonald’s.”    “They require unique and novel insight.
