Over the last few weeks, we have introduced you to five AI-developed personas: Martin, Lucas, Sofie, Karl, and Ingrid. These personas represent our current customer segments on the danish market. But how and why did we develop them, and how do we use them to optimize Seez as a business? We utilize AI to analyze our customers' behavior and preferences. This analysis helps us understand what our customers want, and how we can provide it to them. We decided to create personas to humanize our data and make customer segments more relatable. By analyzing customer behavior across platforms, we can tailor our marketing and communication to meet our costumers needs and preferences. For example, we know that Lucas appreciates professional car videos, Ingrid is interested in cars that have high mileage, and Sofie values clear information about a car's eco-friendliness. "Your bus ticket is invalid. Please step out." Those are the last words you want to hear after a long day. And it's all because of a ticketing system that could use a serious overhaul. Because if we've learned anything from AI in public transport, it's that there's always room for improvement. Why not create a smart ticketing system that: - Recognizes the passenger as soon as they board? - Charges the correct fare automatically? - Sends a reminder when the ticket is about to expire? We don't have to sacrifice efficiency for customer experience. We can have both. It's time to reimagine the ticketing system and leave the world of "invalid tickets" behind.

😎 🚖 Introducing Fixed Phone Bookings! This week in Flip CX's Featured Highlight we focus on Fixed Phones. It's that time of year again when Supermarkets, Hotels, and other establishments experience a surge in phone call volume. In the past, these bookings couldn't be processed through IVR because each call required a new passenger name, making it impossible to use historical data. But Flip offers a solution! You can configure a Fixed Phone and once again enable IVR bookings for these straightforward reservations. Flip will prompt for a passenger's name (or room number, table number, etc.) with each booking. You can accept an unlimited number of bookings from that line, there won't be an Active Ride menu when the next customer answers the phone, and drivers will have access to the correct passenger information.
