Dear Crocs company, I am Emmanuel, French creator and designer. I recently created STARCAP "for charms", a product related to "Jibbitz charms". I'm trying to contact the design department at Crocs, it seems very complicated to receive a simple answer! Which is surprising from a company like Crocs, which has a certain notoriety and which wants to convey certain values... Out of respect for my work, its potential and a certain confidence in the Crocs company, I would like to receive a "positive" or "negative" response from the head design sector at Crocs. The priority of this product/invention of course remains in favor of Crocs. STARCAP "for charms" will be presented to future investors after your decision. The product being linked to your Jibbitz charms, I actually prefer to collaborate with Crocs, which seems logical. Can you help me receive a simple answer so that I can continue the STARCAP adventure. I will soon present my invention in Germany at the Spielwarenmesse and in France at a meeting dedicated to licensing. Best regards from France. Emmanuel Bosson

Day 21: still no response, for the crocs that broke in 6days !! Why poor quality products are sold in India ? And why customer care is so poor that a person need to reach out on LinkedIn and still the query does not get resolved!!
