Eye-opener during the Sales Accelerators. “The decision-making process is taking a long time for one potential customer, how should I deal with this?” This seller operates in an industry where the sales cycle is at least a year. We gave advice based on our own experience. The most important thing is not being dependent on one deal. In the beginning you might make this mistake and of course we did that too. But we soon realized that our time and attention needed to be more spread across multiple prospects. We needed a full sales funnel! We care about the entire process.
