In this interview with One News’s Thought Leaders with Cathy Yang, GOLDEN ABC, Inc.’s Chairman and CEO, Bernie Liu, shares how the company strengthened its business strategies during the pandemic by embracing innovation and reinforcing customer-centricity. Mr. Liu shares that GABC’s priority is always to offer only the best products and experiences for its customers. He shares, “We always listen to our customers and make sure to come up with products that they would love, at prices that they like.” Explaining how the company pivoted during the pandemic, Mr. Liu further explains, “We were already in e-commerce even before the pandemic, but when our brick-and-mortar closed down due to lockdowns, we [fully] shifted to e-comm so we can still serve our customers, [and in the platform] we simplified the processes for them.
