Last week I got approached in my role as circle lead of our holacracy embassy by Yeliz Arzum Arslan to contribute to an analysis for her Master Thesis on #Holacracy which she does in her job at TESVOLT AG. Yesterday evening the interview happened and I must say it was an energizing one hour. Why? 1. because the energy and type of questions from Arzum showed that she understood the matter. She was well prepared and a great companion in that interview! 2. because TESVOLT AG is holacratic! What wonderful news 3. because what we do at Cognizant Netcentric with our holacratic organization is a blueprint of what Tesvolt is trying to achieve Major findings were 1. Do not forget the people if you go the holacratic way. Establish an organization to build, grow, and energize your employees. Both of our companies established a mentor/mentee concept along Holacracy which works well and helps to create an organization of trust and openness—the basis for a great company culture. 2. we are not alone! For me, that was the most important finding. I always say: The only way to work in organizations like ours is a type of organizational model like Holacracy. And I was happy that the community of large organizations going holacratic is growing. Even in Germany. Fantastic! I am always happy to spread the word on Holacracy. Like in LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community, Universität Passau in Marina Fiedlers masters and bachelor classes, Xpreneurs sessions, and many other occasions. Just approach me and I am happy to share our findings from Cognizant Netcentric which has run Holacracy since 2014 with around 1000 employees stable. Brian Robertson, your word is spreading!
