7moIt's been 18months since I paid for a bathroom installation from B&Q after a disaster with the tradesman and excess damaged they brought in a new tradesman to continue work almost 12 months later, 6 months later I am sitting with an unfinished bathroom and a hole in my dinning room ceiling from yet another leak from the toilet. After copious amount of Emails, complaints and visits to B&Q I am left ghosted with no feed back or response.
