This week, Europe enacted MiCA, one of the most comprehensive stablecoin laws in the world. As a regulatory-first company, we are the first global stablecoin issuer compliant with the EU crypto law, representing a massive step forward for the digital asset industry. The United States - the world’s largest economy and home of the global reserve currency - needs to act now to get stablecoin legislation right, instead of being left behind by other major markets.
