What a 1st day at dcom Paris yesterday (internal SAP event)! After being part of the panel discussion around AI, I had the pleasure to share the stage with Louis Lecaroz to provide the latest updates and hands-on session about #joule, our AI copilot that truly understands our customers business. In case you’ve missed it, one of the main highlights is Joule’s new document grounding capability released last week! It can provide more comprehensive responses by drawing from business documents located in SAP and third-party repositories such as Microsoft SharePoint. This capability deepens how Joule reliably delivers answers grounded in customers business data. SAP SuccessFactors now enables employees to ask Joule in natural-language questions about their organization’s HR policy documents in SAP SuccessFactors, saving time and enhancing the overall employee experience.
