🎬 Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the AI on the Lot conference in LA, thanks to Todd Terrazas, the host and Executive Director of AI LA. The event was an eye-opener, bringing together over 850 filmmakers, AI startups, technologists, and media executives to explore the emerging role of generative AI in filmmaking. The day was filled with amazing panels from industry leaders and hands-on demos that showcased how AI is transforming workflows, reducing costs, enabling smaller teams to achieve more, and creating entirely new and exciting media experiences! Some of the highlights included the opening keynote by former Warner Bros. Executive Renard T. Jenkins, the AI in Advertising Breakout Session with Tool, LTX Studios, and Nik Kleverov from Native Foreign, and the Cinema Synthetica challenge. Congratulations to Nem Perez, Adriana Vecchioli and Jagger Waters for winning first prize with their amazing film "Love at First Bite"! The immersive after-party in the Synapse virtual production volume was also a standout, featuring a series of amazing works from leading next-gen artists and creators!
