I am excited to announce that I have successfully completed my university-tested Mediation training and can now proudly wear the title of "Mediator". 10 scripts with over 1000 pages of learning material 285 hours of university training 4 complete weekends of face-to-face seminars Countless role plays 20-page written thesis. Not only has this training enriched my professional toolset, it has also expanded my personal skills, especially with regards to conflict resolution. And it was great fun. Moreover, I believe that age is merely a number. Even in your (very) late 40s, it's never too late to advance yourself professionally or personally. I highly recommend continuous learning and development to everyone! Maybe there is something you would like to do? A colossal thank you to smartclip for their unwavering support throughout this process. Also, I am immensely grateful to FernUniversität in Hagen for the outstanding guidance and supervision I received. Die Mediationsausbildung bedeutet für mich nicht nur einen Gewinn in meinem beruflichen Bereich, sondern hat auch meine persönlichen Fähigkeiten erweitert, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Konfliktlösung. Zudem hat es großen Spaß gemacht. Außerdem glaube ich, dass das Alter nur eine Zahl ist. Auch mit Ende 40 ist es nie zu spät, sich beruflich oder persönlich weiter- und fortzubilden. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen - vielleicht gibt es ja etwas, dass Ihr gerne machen möchtet?
