Walking around Hong Kong last week, it was quite clear that the heat is turning up in the crypto markets and the next cycle is very clearly going to be led from Asia by smartly branded communities, products, experiences, and better marketing. From baijiu-based memecoins related to KWEICHOW MOUTAI on Solana to Black Dragon-based memes on NEAR Protocol getting a local market NVIDIA AI-related boost from the ‘touch’ circling KryptoSeoul there’s an undeniable energy. Web3 conference cycles are getting underway in Asia and we should all be watching how communities are engaging in the East, while the West slowly attempts regulatory moves.
