Investing in your people is one of the smartest things a business owner can do, and it’s been key to Chobani’s success since the beginning. I’m grateful for the opportunity to talk about how we are helping our people at Chobani find and help fund childcare through our partnership with Upwards. The need for affordable childcare in the US is a huge issue, and businesses have a part to play in finding solutions. It was a pleasure to join Reshma Saujani and Molly Day of Moms First, fellow business leaders and the White House Council of Economic Advisers today for some great dialogue and ideation on this issue.
