EVENT PROFS - ASSEMBLE! 💪🏼 We have an industry disconnect when it comes to voice amplification, so let’s see if LinkedIn can help us fix it. Many #eventprofs have talent, ideas and a wealth of expertise to share. And many other #eventprofs have a springboard - and channel - to help share them. So why is it sometimes a struggle to bring the two together? I know a lot of amazing people in my network who might have a podcast, are keen to interview event brains, need industry speakers, publish articles or pull together best practice thought leadership materials. And on the other hand, I’ve spoken to quite a few meetings and events folk over the last month who are keen to share more of their ideas, experience and wisdom and would love the right platform with which to do it. This could be a podcast, on stage at an event, through a 1:1 interview or as part of a larger market research project. So I thought… is this not the perfect channel to bring both groups together? Are you either: 👀 1. Someone looking for a speaker/comment/podcast guest? 🗣️ 2. Someone keen to speak/comment/be interviewed for a podcast? If so - comment below, including detail if you’ve got a topic in mind, and let’s see if the power of LinkedIn can bring a few of the right people together. #content #collaboration

Conor Riordan - I thought of you!
Alexa Martinez you just KNOW I was thinking of you 😂
This is brilliant! I'd love to chat through Professional Development with someone in the industry. How we support our incredible teams to upskill even further. I get to spend my time thinking about this and working in this and it's such a privilege. If anyone would like to chat, send me a note!
Thank you Chloe Richardson. I would love to speak and write more articles centered around mindset and emotional wellbeing when it comes to thriving in this ever-evolving and often chaotic industry. I have a theory that many of us were trained to run sprints and yet events require the mindset of an endurance athlete. Am also doing market research on a course I am creating around this same topic so looking for advice/feedback from both new and seasoned corporate event planners. Envisioning a podcast, many keynotes, and a book in my future, to help others learn new tools to run the marathon we call events.
2 - I'd love to speak on modern gifting practices and how they can improve impact and ROI on marketing dollars. Not to mention how the tie into CSR.
🙋♀️ 🙋♀️ Double hand up! I'm always looking for great guests to appear on Beyond the BEO, and always happy to be on the other side.
Later this year I'll be looking for podcast guests for early 2025!! Would love to hear from event profs interested in being interviewed.
I’m looking to get my start speaking on a podcast or virtual event! I actually started following Chloe Richardson after watching her on an event marketing webinar and was inspired!
