This is a very interesting work. Using the same exact principle how quadrupole/ion trap works (basically both are governed by the same complex Mathieu equation) to trap and observe reaction taking place. Very elegantly done.

CONTEXT Reference to San Diego among other discussion concerns John Searl himself in San Diego at his lab at that time. My team was independently and professionally involved with John Searl. KEY POINTS IUMU Technology has ZERO conflict of interest with Searl Effect and my team and I have experiments and papers in progress involving a STRATEGY - it has to "systems science" of the subquantum kind and NOBEL PRIZE material. We are working with ZERO funding and managing. Funding would help and help reach our goal sooner. MY TEAM is small and TOP EXPERTS ranging fields of physics, chemistry, and biology, and systems science integrating the prior three disciplines. Excuse my appearance! As MC (matrimonial coordinator) I was subjected to intense heat using lamps for movie lighting and acquired a headache after the presentation. I purposely did not disclose certain pertinent information due tradesecrets and patentable subject matter concerning systems science independent of Searl Effect claims. The "time" concept is treating time is an "operator" not a "parameter". This is foreign to modern quantum physics because time is not an observable. The way to approach this problem requires systems science of the IUMU see Ref.
