LGBTQ+ people encounter several obstacles on family-building journeys. According to our recent survey, 82% of LGBTQ+ respondents shared that a lack of financial resources was the most significant barrier to starting or expanding their families. Despite the financial toll, 72% said they are determined to become a parent regardless of the cost or other obstacles. James Wong, our Chief Product Officer, joined Anastassia Gliadkovskaya on Fierce Healthcare's Podnosis podcast to discuss how Carrot removes barriers to fertility care and family building and supports members with inclusive benefits.
