Vincent talks about Progress Together and how we need to look at fixing processes not people, and Stuart discusses how HSBC Asset Management have approached the issue, the importance of not letting a lack of data be your reason for inaction, and the Asset Owner Diversity Charter. James Whiteman then goes on to give an overview of the Diversity Project’s Social Mobility Workstream’s efforts and how that has lead to today’s event, and the difference between socioeconomic diversity and social mobility.
