I signed up as an education creator and never heard back from Canva. Then out of the blue, I received an email from someone named Gladys Franco with Canva saying I was going to get payments as a member of the Side Hustle team and I was sent some printing credits. I replied to the email (twice) asking if that meant I was accepted as an Educator Creator and if so, there was any information on the program. When I didnt hear back, I sent an email to your suppory team asking the same thing. Support responded by saying, "As per checking your application on the portal it was approve already it mean that you can enjoy millions of designs as well as presentations! [sic]". But, that really doesn't answer any of my questions. I prep a newsletter for an organization with over 15,000 teachers and I currently use Canva. I have actively encouraged others to use it in the classroom, but I'm not inclined to keep doing so or to recommend this new certification to other educators if this is the kind of responses they're going to receive. I would appreciate someone who knows something about the Beta program contacting me and letting me know if 1) I am in fact in the program, and 2) if the email I received from Ms. Franco is legitimate.

Canva This is such a useful resource for anyone getting started. The skills learnt when adapting a lesson or worksheet template can be transferred into any sector and the final test for certification is an optional extra. This has been released at the perfect time for #ForestSchool as we get ready to launch our Canva for Education site wide in the new academic year. #Canvassador
Canva I just rolled out a whole training dashboard for our staff of go to videos for #canvaeducation. Now they can take this certification once they are done applying all their new sparkly knowledge. Perfect timing 👌🏼🎉🤩🙌🏼
