Instigating a Proactive Approach - Leaping the Chasm We all want dynamic proactive sales teams. However a great many organisations struggle. Occasionally it's just a question of not having the right people. But more often than not, it's down to not having the right culture or failing to equip the team with adequate direction or tools. For instance, chasing new accounts, okay fine, how do I know what a good account looks like? As a company do we have an established profile, and once we've found the right account to chase, then what? How do I start, who do I call first?
