Pump & Pantry is expanding its partnership with sandwich QSR Quiznos to an additional six locations, the companies announced on Wednesday. The Nebraska-based convenience retailer first partnered with Quiznos in 2022, opening four “highly successful” co-located restaurants, according to the announcement. Rutter's has begun working on its first convenience store in Virginia, a company spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday. The store is expected to be open by next summer. The site, at the intersection of Route 50 and Coverstone Drive in Winchester, Virginia, is currently the only site Rutter’s has under contract in the state. https://lnkd.in/exMJzFBg

Kwik Trip, Inc. Trip will break ground on a new distribution center in DeForest, Wisconsin, on July 10, the company announced last week. The 280,000-square-foot facility is one of several planned uses for a 150-acre plot of land the convenience retailer purchased in March for $14 million, according to local reports. https://lnkd.in/eW97ah5A

Alimentation Couche-Tard is in the process of remodeling 80% of its Circle K convenience stores in the U.S. and Canada, Chief Operating Officer Alex Miller said during the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call last month. The upgrades are part of Couche-Tard’s “one-touch” remodel program, which aims to make “slight changes” to the inside of Circle K’s c-stores without having to close each location. https://lnkd.in/ehkj57qk
