Broetje Automation USA has started a new employee recognition award – The Honorary Baton. The baton has acted as symbol throughout our Lunch & Learn events to explain teamwork, collaboration, the exchange of ideas, and the handing off of responsibilities. The honorary baton is a fun way for employees to recognize and celebrate each other’s achievements and contributions to the company. Anthony Pytell, Receiving and Inventory Specialist, and Andrew Deradoorian, Controls Engineer, are our first recipients of Broetje USA’s Honorary Baton.
