Another milestone for senior living! Brinkmann recently received the Certificate of Occupancy from the city of Overland Park, Kansas for Tallgrass Creek residential building 2.4. This is Brinkmann’s fifth building constructed on the campus for Erickson Senior Living. Breaking ground in Knoxville! 🎓 VERVE Knoxville is officially taking shape - our tenth multifamily project with Subtext ! This 332,000 SF student housing facility on 1.3 acres is just a short distance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. The 14-story high-rise will bring 136 units and 498 beds to the greater Knoxville community, expanding housing opportunities for local university students.
