Very true, you can't please everyone, same goes for your brand, especially on social platforms. On social media when negative comments come in (and as you grow, they definitely will!) , think of these comments in 2 ways: 1) Use them possibly as a way to grow and change your brand. They may actually have validation and show an area of your strategy that you may need to rethink. 2) The fact they took the time out of their day to comment in the first place means you have their attention. At the end of the day, attention is the currency of social media.
