Yesterday I attended Booz Allen Hamilton’s Culture Tour & Empowerment Fair…all I can say is that I was WOWed 😉. One of my 2024 goals was to get more involved and expand my awareness of the many things that make up #BoozAllen. As a lead within my client space, learning more about things like VoLT, the firm’s growth strategy, will help me become more versed in where we’re headed and the overall unrivaled value we provide. As a People Leader within the firm, learning about the countless resources, tools, professional development opportunities, and more will help level up the impact and support I provide to the amazing people I manage each and every day.
