Hii All😇, It's been an exhilarating month since I joined SD Food Products as a Quality Executive. Working in the vacuum fried snacks industry has opened my eyes to the wonders of this innovative technology that how it's been developing day by day and only few individuals are up to date about these innovative products. At SD Foods, we're pioneering a healthier approach to snacking by vacuum frying a wide range of wholesome ingredients like vegetables, fruits, and legumes. This unique process not only preserves the natural flavors and nutrients but also reduces the need for excessive oil, making our snacks both delicious and nutritious. I'm in awe of the potential this technology holds for transforming the snack food landscape. From exploring new ingredient combinations to refining production processes, every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities for discovery. I feel privileged to be part of an industry that's at the forefront of innovation, constantly pushing boundaries to create better-for-you snacking options. The future looks bright, and I can't wait to see what other marvels lie ahead in the world of vacuum fried snacks. If you're passionate about food technology, quality, and making a positive impact, I highly recommend exploring opportunities in different dynamic fields. The journey has been incredibly rewarding so far, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this revolution in snacking. #healthybites #vacuumtechnology #snacking #newproductdevelopment #veggiesfruits

Have you ever wondered why #slowfood is a movement? even the quickest meals originate from a slow beginning, if they’re of quality ingredients. the maintenance of land and soil, the cultivating and harvest periods that require months to organize and plan, the preparation of the ingredients themselves into food that’s enjoyed. to accurately learn about #food , one must first understand the #earth and processes in which that food was made. #slowfood is something we should all consider a priority for a healthier longer happier life. What are your thoughts?

#intheknow FOOD TECHNOLOGY. FOOD SAFETY and INTERGRITY. THE ERA OF CHANGE. The revolution of technologically innovative food ingredients cannot be void of key factors as shared in this short but profound video by John G. Keogh. The pace of digital transformation has been accelerating, and it's likely that in 2 to 5 years from now, many aspects of digital transformation will indeed become the sustainable norm for businesses and organizations. Here are just a few ways how: 1. Competitive Advantage: Companies that fully embrace digital transformation gain a competitive edge. As more organizations adopt digital technologies, those who don't, risk falling behind. 2. Blockchain: Implementation of blockchain technology will help create transparency, trust and a tamper-proof ledger of all transactions and processes across the food supply chain. This ensures the integrity of data from farm to fork, seed to shelf and field to family. 3. Food Safety (F&B; Natural Products): The conscious creation of innovative ingredients that incorporate quality, safety and the relevant compliance will enable supply chain provenance. 4. Customer Expectations: Consumers increasingly expect digital interactions and services. Meeting these expectations is essential for sustainability in our industry. It's important however, to note that the pace of digital transformation can vary by industry and and even supply chain segment. While it may become the norm for many, there will be businesses and areas that may lag behind due to factors like lack of leadership buy-in, infrastructure limitations, regulatory challenges, or resource constraints. Nevertheless, the trend toward greater digitalization is expected to continue.
