Decarbonizing Logistics means addressing emissions in every single part of the supply chain - including the warehousing part, which is sometimes "neglected" due to proportionally smaller emissions versus, for instance, inbound or outbound transport. At Maersk we are - also - addressing this in our efforts to achieve our ambition of having net-zero emissions in 2040 and to have minimum 90% of our operations rely on renewable electricity and non-fossil fuels by 2030!
