OTP Bank has priced a EUR700 million green bond, which marked its largest MREL issuance to date with the lowest coupon and re-offer spread achieved for MREL funding by the bank.   The transaction was issued under OTP’s #Sustainable Finance Framework, under which it aims to be a regional leader in financing a fair and gradual transition to a low-carbon economy.    An amount equal to the net proceeds from the green bond will be used to #finance and/or refinance a portfolio of eligible loans including those related to green buildings, #renewable energy and clean #transportation projects.   OTP Group is a leading financial institution in Hungary and the Central and Eastern European region, providing financial services for its 17.4 million private and corporate clients in twelve countries.   BNP Paribas acted as Joint Bookrunner on the transaction. BNP Paribas has advised a consortium led by Believe founder and CEO Denis Ladegaillerie, together with TCV and EQT X, on the launch of a tender offer for all outstanding shares in global #digital #music company Believe. The tender offer, which was unanimously approved by Believe’s Board of Directors in April, has led to 94.99% of its share capital owned by the consortium at closing. Consortium’s holding was increased to more than 96% in the following days.  .  Believe provides services, including marketing, artist development, production, publishing, branding, live and financing solutions to 1.35 million independent artists and labels. It has over 1,900 employees and operates in over 50 countries.
