Throwback to the summer of 2015 when I dodged Engineering Drawing assignments like a pro, only to realize later that my true calling was in becoming a full-time hard surface 3D modeller! Turns out, those skipped classes were just practice for perfecting my craft—playing with form and iterating function as a designer. 🚀 Exploring the Fascinating World of CATIA V5 Piston Design 🦊 Hey CATIA enthusiastic! 😀 Today, I'm thrilled to share with you an exciting project I've been working on - designing a piston using CATIA V5! For this project, I decided to delve into the realm of automotive engineering, focusing on designing a piston of an internal combustion Engine. The first step was to understand the inner working of a piston, its function, and the critical role it plays in an engine performance. I started creating a 3D model of the piston. The software intuitive interference made it breeze to experience with different shapes and dimensions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. "Design is about creating spaces for people to enjoy and of course, creating moments where you elevate the spirit , but design for good is fingering out a program that not only creates better spaces but creates jobs, creates new industry and really kind to raises the conversation about how to rebuilt".
