Our 2024 Future Leaders Program has concluded with 29 team members participating. Aligned with our strategic focus on developing future leaders, this program is designed for high potential employees. The program consisted of a two-day program launch, a series of deep dive session and one-on-one mentoring and involved 17 males and 12 females, nine of which have already been promoted since the program started! The Future Leaders Program is by nomination only and is designed to help participants develop as leaders, build healthy habits, leverage social and collaborative learning, promote accountability and connect in meaningful ways. At the conclusion of the program one participant said, “I achieved a promotion mid-way through the program. I believe the program played a big part in this, I was more confident and driven to succeed in work." Another participant said, “I have implemented some learnings from the program in team management and working towards having some new milestone achievements in my career”.
