We are pleased to announce that we have officially closed on the purchase of the former ClosetMaid Building adjacent to the Beitzel Corporation headquarters. This 154,000 square foot facility will enable the consolidation of our fabrication, machining, and assembly facilities under one roof. The vacated space at 92 Corporate Drive will serve as a Fleet and Field hub, while 164 Corporate Drive will be available for lease. With these moves, all Beitzel Corporation and Pillar Innovations Maryland operations will be collocated on one campus at the Northern Garrett Industrial Park.
