Hiring a full-time, in-house marketing team is expensive, especially when considering benefits and training. Training that is very rare to find in the world of #AI-driven marketing we have today. People become clients largely based on the emotions they feel towards your firm. #AI doesn't understand emotion (yet anyway). Law firms also hire externally because they want to focus on what they do best: solving legal problems for their clients. They prefer to leave the marketing efforts to specialists who can manage them more efficiently, saving time and money. Hiring externally also removes any internal bias (that all companies have). An external marketing firm will not be caught up in this and will solely focus on achieving your business and marketing goals. 💬 Why else might a firm hire an external marketing team?
