 🤔 Who are the new generation of art collectors? The new generation of collectors are frequently misunderstood. At Avant Arte we know them well and wanted to change that. “90% of the new generation of art collectors don't believe that the art world is welcoming or inclusive. While most describe it positively as inspiring, thought-provoking, enriching, and innovative, they still have their concerns with the art world: 1 in 3 believe the art world is elitist 1 in 4 describe it as pretentious 1 in 5 believe it is intimidating" (Source: Avant Arte, "Collector Report 2024)  🤔 ✨ Embracing the Next Gen of Art Collectors: Without a doubt, it is time for the traditional art market and its participants to begin embracing the next generation of #artcollectors. Motivations go beyond mere art appreciation or investment in the pursuit of true #connection and #impact. #Ownership takes on new and varied forms, and status is no longer a primary driving force.
